Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label and return label code back to our correct return center. After we receive your return package, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Returns &Exchanges Policy
-Purchases (except for swimwear and final-sales) could be returned if the items are damaged during delivery or the sizes do not correspond to the size chart. Before you need to return or exchange, please contact us to get a return label code and correct return address.
If you do NOT contact us to get BOTH OF THEM, we can NOT accept your returned.
-Items are damaged and size does NOT match the product details page, please provide the corresponding picture proof.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-Items will not be returned or replaced after 7 days of receipt.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
-Buyers should bear the corresponding taxes and fees charged by their own countries.(VAT, consumption tax, etc.)
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
-Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.
-Swimwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
Change Shipping Address
If you want to change your order shipping address, you must email us within 24 hours you purchased. We will NOT accept change shipping address request if the order has already been shipped.
